Wyndham Tree Farm

Jeff and Kristina had just bought Jeff’s grandparents’ ranch home on the family’s Christmas tree farm. They had been traveling all over the US with their one-year-old daughter, and were ready to set down roots and make the house their own, which meant gutting the house and starting from scratch. With plans to host family holidays, barbecues with friends, and to expand their family, we tailored a solution for a phased project that began with a complete redo of the main living area into an open plan, and will end with a complete overhaul of the bedroom areas, and a three-bedroom addition with enough space for everyone.
